All furniture pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, and slight variations in wood grain, color, and texture may occur, which we consider part of the natural beauty of handmade products. These variations are not considered defects. While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible in photographs, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Lead times for custom and made-to-order pieces vary depending on complexity and current workshop capacity. Standard lead times range from 8-16 weeks, with rush services available for an additional fee. All lead times are estimates and not guarantees, as craftsmanship cannot be rushed without compromising quality.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 5-year structural warranty on all furniture pieces. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or changes in the finish due to exposure to sunlight or cleaning products.
All sales are final on custom and made-to-order pieces. For in-stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be in original condition with all packaging materials.
Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. White glove delivery service includes placement in your home and removal of packaging materials. Customers are responsible for measuring doorways and spaces to ensure proper fit before delivery. Additional fees may apply for delivery challenges such as narrow staircases or elevator restrictions.
